Seven stages,in that order.
Most remodels go wrong before anyone picks up a tool. Ours are drawn, specified and priced first which is why the build itself is unremarkable, in the best sense.

Discovery
A conversation and a walkthrough. How you use the house, what frustrates you daily, what the building will actually allow, and where the budget sits before anyone romanticises anything.

Concept Design
Two or three directions for the space, tested against your routines rather than a mood board. We settle the idea before we settle the finishes.

Schematic Design
Plans, elevations and key measurements. Walls, plumbing runs and sightlines get resolved on paper, where changes cost nothing.

Design Development
Build-ready drawings with 3D visuals, cabinetry details, tile layouts and a specified materials list. You see the room before it exists.

Construction Development
Permits, trade scheduling, lead times and a line-item estimate. Long-lead items are ordered before demolition so the site never waits on a delivery.

Installation
Protected floors, contained dust, a clean site each evening and a weekly update on budget and schedule. One point of contact throughout.
07
Completion
Walkthrough, punch list closed out, warranty and manufacturer documentation handed over. Then we get out of your house.
Low-Impact Luxury
Luxury should never cost you the comfort of living at home.
A remodel is months of someone else's work happening inside your private life. We plan around that as deliberately as we plan the joinery because a beautiful result delivered through six chaotic months is not, in the end, luxury.

The Studio
Design and build,under one roof.
LR Pros was founded in 2018 as Lifestyle Remodeling, a design-build studio working across San Antonio, Boerne and the Texas Hill Country. Because the people drawing your project are the people building it, there is no gap between the plan and the site and no one to blame when something is missed.
We take on a limited number of homes at a time. That constraint is deliberate: it is what allows detailed drawings, honest pricing, a schedule we can actually hold to, and a finish that survives close inspection years later.

From 1920s bungalows inside Loop 410 to newer homes north of 1604 and out toward Boerne, the houses here are not interchangeable. Knowing how they were built and what our summers do to them is half the job.
